We know exactly where any of the species of fish and seafood we use to make our preserves come from and follow their journey throughout the value chain: the exact batch that arrived at the factory, when and in which ocean area they were caught, the fishing method used, in which can it was sterilised…
We know the species of all the products we preserve at Cabo de Peñas, the oceanic area where they were caught and when they were caught, and the fishing method used, which is always responsible and environmentally friendly, respecting the optimum moments of capture and guaranteeing the sustainability of our marine resources.
We carry out a rigorous analysis and inspection of all the food we are going to preserve, their pre-selection and storage at our own plant in Vilaboa, Pontevedra.
All our preserves are a reflection of the careful selection we make of the product and the care and love we put into each step of their preparation: from the optimum cooking point, the artisan preparation of our sauces with raw materials of exceptional quality following Cabo de Peñas’ traditional recipes, the sterilisation and hermetic sealing, to the recently redesigned final packaging.
