MACKEREL WITH FRESH TOMATO PINCHO

INGREDIENTS

• 1 can of mackerel in oil
• 1 ripe tomato
• Spring onion
• Black sesame seeds
• Bread toasts
• Thyme
• Rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt

METHOD

On a round toast sprinkled with oil, first place the spring onion cut into thin strips, then a slice of ripe, peeled tomato and cover with some mackerel fillets. Finish with a drizzle of oil and garnish with the sesame seeds and aromatic herbs.
