TUNA AND COURGETTE STACK

INGREDIENTS

• 1 can of Tuna in Olive Oil
• Courgette
• Onion
• Red pepper
• Grated cheese
• Balsamic vinegar reduction

METHOD

Carefully sear the courgette on a griddle, remove and place the tuna on top, top with some finely chopped raw onion and red pepper. To finish, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with the balsamic vinegar reduction.
